My mission is to make people happier and more successful as lots of research has consistently proven that “Happiness Breeds Success”, my motto.Here is my story: I am a former business and banking executive, turned into a dedicated positive psychology coach. Positive psychology and the study of human performance and well-being have been my passion ever since I can remember. Over my many corporate years I had experienced from myself, colleagues, clients and friends how many people working in today’s business, feel not only burnt out but also without any sense of purpose or joy. Many take little care of their physical and mental well-being and have no ownership of personally meaningful goals.

My quest led me to study Coaching and Positive Psychology. Gaining so much from both disciplines, I realized that I had a new purpose: to empower more people to move to a new place in their lives. A place where they can still dream, aim high and reach for what they really want in life.
