Olympia founded Atom Wave in 2002, and along with her associates she has designed and implemented coaching and mentoring programs for over 100 client organisations internationally. The Atom Wave “”Solution Focused Coaching Skills”” program for Leaders was shortlisted for the 2014 European and Mentoring Coaching Council Best program award. In 2017, she designed the ICF accredited ACSTH course “”Internal Coach Certification”” to address the challenges of internal coaching.
Atom Wave has developed the “”Zoom In – Zoom OutTM”” model for calculating the ROI of Coaching outcomes, and the ROI of Atom Wave Coaching programs has been presented/published internationally.
Olympia is an accredited PCC coach by the ICF (International Coach Federation), Program Designer and Director of the Atom Wave “”Internal Coach Certification”” ICF ACSTH program, trained assessor for the European Individual Accreditation and the European Quality Award for the EMCC and has served as one of the judges for the ICF Prism Awards.Her academic background is in Organisational Psychology (B.A. American College of Greece & M.Sc University of Wales, College of Cardiff).
