✨ When Coaching Creates Space for Everyone…
ICF Greece recently had the great pleasure of visiting the National Foundation for the Deaf for a special initiative entitled
“Empowering Individuals to Achieve Meaningful Change.”
📍 Fifteen deaf participants, supported throughout the session by two sign language interpreters, experienced how coaching can be creatively “translated” to become accessible to people without hearing.
At the heart of the experience was a deeply familiar feeling: the burden of rejection that often accompanies the search for employment. Through interactive exercises, empowering messages, and a strong emphasis on self-awareness as the foundation of self-confidence, coaching emerged as a catalyst for personal change and renewed hope.
The warm and heartfelt feedback from the participants once again confirmed that when coaching is offered with substance, respect, empathy, and accessibility, it truly reaches people, inspiring, supporting, and transforming them.
A powerful reminder that coaching deserves to be accessible to everyone.

An evening full of inspiration, authenticity, and live connection!
Centered around the Wheel of Life, nine credentialed ICF Coaches shared reflections, personal experiences, and practical tools that deeply touch and impact our lives.
The audience engaged actively — moved, inspired, and reflective — leaving with something that resonated, activated, and opened space for thought.
The event included talks, a hands-on peer coaching experience, and time for connection and reflection.
It was supported by sign language interpretation, in collaboration with the National Foundation for the Deaf, enhancing accessibility.
Members of the Foundation expressed joy and deep emotion for being able to attend a coaching-dedicated event, and for the personal sharings of the speakers, which touched, inspired, and created genuine connection.
