The International Coaching Federation is the oldest and largest global organization of Coaching professionals with more than 50.000 members in over 75 countries.
Thomas Leonard, a professional Coach, considered the “Father of Coaching”, founded the International Coach Federation in 1995 as a non-profit organization for the development of coaching and the mutual support of coaches.
The ICF is dedicated to advancing the Coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification and creating a global network of Accredited Coaches.
